this puppy is guaranteed to be in good health to the best of our knowledge

at the time of sale. Our health guarantee covers a period of 7 days against

any viral disease and 1 year guarantee against any life threatening genetic

defects. Should such a problem arise with your puppy, a veterinary

verification describing the cause of the puppy's illness is required as well

as the invoice. If hereditary or congential defects are indicated you puppy

will be replaced from our own stock as soon as such puppy is available or

your money back. Should the buyer choose to accept a replacement puppy,

the buyer will return the defective puppy, less any shipping on miscellaneous

charges for transportation. The AKC papers must be returned to sender if

registered.
